Pre-Award Assessment is a process to determine whether an organization has sufficient systems in place to effectively implement a proposed project. The survey is an opportunity to provide evidence of capabilities and readiness to partner with international organisations with improved policies and practices. It is also a process to strengthen an organization’s legal, financial and operational systems using feedback from the review process.
