A one-day program titled “Values That Shape Destiny” was successfully held on the 28th of March, 2026 at Oromenike Girls Secondary School. The program was organized to educate and inspire young girls on the importance of positive values and character formation in shaping a successful and meaningful future.
The event brought together students, teachers, facilitators and invited guests who spoke extensively on the role of discipline, integrity, hard work, respect, self-confidence and good moral values in achieving success in life. The speakers emphasized that destiny is greatly influenced by the choices and values individuals uphold daily.
During the sessions, the students were encouraged to avoid negative peer pressure, immoral behaviour and other social vices capable of destroying their future. The facilitators also highlighted the importance of education, proper conduct and goal setting as essential tools for personal growth and leadership development.
